By accessing or using ProvaFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. ProvaFlow is operated by ProvaFlow, a company located in the United States of America.

2. Description of Service

ProvaFlow provides a web-based platform that allows users to upload images, extract metadata, add notes and annotations, and generate professional PDF reports. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limitations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal or harmful content, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, use it for unpermitted commercial purposes, or upload malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant ProvaFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. ProvaFlow and its licensors retain all rights to the Service.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVAFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
